TO ALL BASS BUSTERS Our next business meeting will be Tuesday, June 7, 2006 at the Shrine Club. MINUTES FOR MAY 3, 2006 MEETING Earl Sigley, president called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm. Roll call was taken with 14 members present. First order of business was the approval of the March minutes as posted or mailed. Motion made by Terry Allen and second by Robert Jones. The treasurer’s report was read and accepted by George Panick and second by Evertt Grant. NEW BUSINESS Mike Stearns received a plaque for service as the Bass Buster's secretary. Thanks Mike for all the years of hard work. Don Sanders reported on Harkins Tournament 467 bass weighted in at 1481.32. Harkins' results: 1st place, Mike Galloway's team they also got big stringer, 4th place Cris McCabe and Robert Jones and they also got big bass for Sunday weighing 7.14 pounds, 7th place Stanley Barnett, Steve Sizemore, and Matt Crain, 8th place Mike Stearns team, 10th place Jack Doan and Ben Doan. Good job to all of our winning Bass Busters. FISH OFF REPORT George Panick and Pat Barbaro won the Rend Lake Fish Off on April 29, 2006. They had 4 fish that weighed 11.86 pounds. Second place went to Doug Smith and Bill Draper. They had 4 fish that weighed 7.96 pounds. George Panick and Pat Barbaro won big bass with 5.32 pounds. Meeting was adjourned at 8:45 pm motion made by Mike Stearns and seconded by Clint Kendrick. Cecil Horn won the attendance drawing. |
